If there's something you need to know that the speaker hasn't covered, simply email your questions directly to the panel or join in the discussion yourself using the WebEx client. Course materials are provided upon completion of the class. Accredited registrants must track their points and submit activities to their state’s licensing board. Please keep a copy of the Course Certificate, which will include an event description and date/time details to submit when required for proof of completion. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before 5PM PST, three business days before the date of the audio conference may receive a full refund less a $25 service charge.
